Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions must be cancelled at least 1 hour in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings/workshops. Intentioneer LLC reserves the right to bill the Client for a missed session.  The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. Unused package deal hours may be transferred to friends and family members. Please call or text in advance to transfer the session.

If the Client is late for an appointment, please understand that respecting following clients, the session may still need to finish at the agreed time. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late of our agreed start time & the Coach not been contacted, it will be assumed the Client has cancelled. Workshops and group sessions cannot be rescheduled unless agreed upon by all parties.

Refund Policy:

Individual session fees paid in advance are fully refundable or can be used towards a credit for the next session if the Client cancels within 1 hour of the session start time.  Refunds for other services will be negotiated upon booking.

Schedule and Fees:

Individual sessions are scheduled for 1 hour unless otherwise agreed upon prior to scheduling of sessions. The Client will be billed at an agreed upon coaching rate depending on a sliding scale fee unless the Client chooses a prepaid package. Package fees are determined by the number of sessions. All fees are due before the individual session or packaged sessions begins. Other services will be negotiated upon booking.
